Let No One Leave Unsatisfied is the final main mission for both Strelok and Kaymanov paths in Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl. The path you follow in the mission and the conclusion depends on the choice you made in The Last Wish. This guide will cover both paths, along with the consequences.
Let No One Leave Unsatisfied begins wildly different based on what happened in the last mission. This guide makes it clear which section covers what ending. Use the links to jump to the parts of the guide that correlate to your chosen path.

- Speak with Strelok (Strelok Path)
Fight Strelok (Kaymanov Path)
Strelok doesn't take kindly to the betrayal. You'll need to deal with him before continuing the mission.
As you enter the Teleportation Hall, Strelok immediately sets his sights on you. Strelok uses his Artifact, the Heart of Chornobyl, to zip around the arena at blinding speeds.
He never stays in the same place for long. Strelok will move quickly from cover to cover, firing from a distance.
Here are tips on how to win:
- Watch for the blue trail Strelok leaves behind when he's dashing. The trail will pinpoint his location, allowing you to get an angle on him.
- If you lose track of Strelok, check the teleportation control area. He tends to return there often.
After taking enough damage, Strelok will use the Artifact to create a shockwave, which creates Anomalies in the area. You'll be knocked to the ground if you're near him during this moment.
Strelok will use the Artifact to create Anomalies several times until he's defeated.

Take the Heart of Chornobyl
Approach Strelok's body to start a short scene, which ends with Skif acquiring Strelok's PDA. The PDA includes a short blurb about the Heart and how to create a cartridge at the Neurolaboratory.
Loot Strelok's body and take the Heart of Chornobyl Artifact.
Speak with Strelok (Strelok Path)
You enter the Teleportation Hall with Strelok, who notes that you two and the Monolithians aren't alone in the facility. Another faction has seemingly followed. Strelok asks you to go to the Neurolaboratory
Get to the Neurolaboratory
Your next objective is to reach the Neurolaboratory. Look for and enter the blast door on the bottom floor of the room.
The path to the Neurolaboratory is chock full of Monolith soldiers all vying for a piece of Skif. Luckily, the way through is mostly linear. All you need to do is press forward and, well, not die a horrible death.
You'll soon reach a blast door with a button to open it. Do so and head inside, but watch out for the Monolithian soldiers within.
Clear out the soldiers and head down the hall. Take a right to enter a large doorway.
advertisement
A cutscene begins when you get to the doors.
Skif finds Scar among the decaying bodies of dead C-Consciousness Agents. Scar seems to have finally broken as he invites you to enjoy his one-man Shakespearian play.
When the cutscene finishes, follow Scar into the hallway. Before reaching the next door, check out the room filled with ammunition, health items, and more. Stock up, because you have another battle ahead.
How to Beat Scar
Enter the next room for a boss fight against the Spark leader. Scar is here and ready to rumble. He's equipped with a powerful Gauss Gun, a shield, and grenades. He also has a small army of zombie soldiers as backup.
The shield, however, is your biggest worry. You need to disable it to damage Scar. As you look around the arena, you should notice that the walls are lined with monitors.
The arena is separated by three sections. Lure Scar into one and find a console with a red button.
Smack the button to turn on the monitors, stunning Scar and stopping his shield long enough for you to damage him.
advertisement
This destroys the monitors in the section, so move to the next and lure Scar over. Repeat this process two more times, and Scar is no more. Alas!
Search his body for Altered Toast, a piece of toast that may have special properties(?). Anyway. You can also take Scar's weapon, a unique variant of the Gauss Gun called the EM-1.
If you're following the Strelok path, Strelok will call Skif after the Scar fight and ask him to get to the workshop with the trucks.
Leave the arena using the blast door with the red light above.
Go Through the Lab
The lab beyond the Scar fight is different based on your chosen path. If you're following Kaymanov, you need to make a quick stop before the end to collect a signature cartridge for the pod.
Enter the lab but pull out a bolt to get past the Anomalies within. Toss a bolt at the anomaly past the broken window and quickly hop through.
Dash to the other corner of the room to your right and enter the door.
Go up the stairs to the hallway above. Take a right at the hallway if you're following the Strelok path and then skip to Get to the Freight Elevator section of the guide.
For Kaymanov, follow the next section.

Get Your Signature for the Pod (Kaymanov Path)
If you're following Kaymanov, take a left as you enter the hallway and press the button to open the blast door at the end.
Go inside and hop on the chair to get your signature made. Enter the control room to get the cartridge from the slot.
Get to the Freight Elevator
Head down the hallway and look for the broken rail. Toss a bolt to clear the Anomaly and jump to the ground level.
You can take the Archive of Files on C-Consciousness Agents off the desk, but it's completely optional.
Look for the blast door nearby and use the button to open it. Leave the lab through the door, which leads you to the previous hallway.
You may need to fight past more soldiers. When things are clear, take a right in the hallway and exit via the large blast door with the green light above.

Progress until you reach a room full of ammunition, guns, health items, and more. There's also a fresh X7 Suit on the table, in case yours is damaged.
Leave the room and take the elevator down to the workshop.
Fight the Monolithians in the Workshop (Kaymanov Path)
Monolith soldiers are in the workshop below. After you wipe them out, look for an open door to the right of the broken service elevator to Lab X7.
Enter the room and use the button to open the door for the next section.
Speak with Strelok (Strelok Path)
Strelok had a run-in with a group of Monolith soldiers from Granite squad and took a bullet (he'll be fine). He gives you a Granite Security Squad Key Card.
You must now restart the elevator control system to access Lab X7. Look to the right of the X7 elevator for a door with a key card slider. Use the key card to open the door and enter the hallways beyond.

Defeat Granite Squad
The next series of rooms, much like before, are straightforward affairs. You must fight past groups of Monolithian guards, determined to make your day a tough one.
For the most part, this section is uncomplicated. All you need to do is fight through hallways and rooms until you reach a particular spot.
You'll know you arrived when you reach an intimidating stairwell covered in soldiers, with guards firing Gauss Guns from high angles.
Climb the stairs while fighting through the enemies. You'll soon reach a blast door at the top, where you can use some cover to heal or reload. Press the button and wait for a while for the door to open.
Head inside when it does. You'll find yourself in a room filled with ammunition, health items, and more. Stock up and drop through the broken handrail to the area below. It's wise to save your file here.
The next room is an arena swarming with Granite squad members. Some are hiding among the clutter below, while others are above with Gauss Guns.
Here's a tip to help you survive if you're struggling: After entering the room, circle on the right and get behind cover near the door at the back.
advertisement
This lets you fight off the guards on the ground while preventing the soldiers on top from getting an angle on you.
The door will open after you kill enough guards. You can keep fighting or run into the door and kill the one soldier within. Head upstairs and press the red button on the control panel to close the door and restart the elevator (if you're following the Strelok Path).
With this final task done, it's time to take the final steps toward finishing the mission and the game. Click the link below for the Strelok Path:
- Head to the Pods (Strelok Path)
Search for Kaymanov's Lab (Kaymanov Path)
With Granite squad a fresh, terrifying memory, it's time to find Kaymanov's lab. Look to the right of the control panel for a cage door with a light above.
Head inside to the flooded room beyond.
advertisement
Progress through the flooded rooms until you reach a freight elevator. Press the button to open it and take the elevator down.
After reaching the bottom floor, leave the elevator and enter the door to find Kaymanov's lab.
Activate the Pods (Kaymanov Path)
There's some juicy lore scattered around the lab. Search the area for documents about the Noosphere Project.
Enter the hallway past the room and walk down to Kaymanov's office.
Look around the office such as the desk and wall for more story information. When ready, search Kaymanov's safe for O-KTA Launch Instructions. Pick it up to learn how to start the pods.
Flip the "Toggle operating mode" switch on the nearby desk to open a nearby blast door.
advertisement
When that's done, leave using the white door to the right of the toggle switch. Follow the path until you reach the pod room.
Go to the center of the room and install the Heart of Chornobyl.
Next, flip the power switch on the wall.
With the power on, go to the panel and activate the device.
This step starts the final cutscene for the Kaymanov ending.
Head to the Pods (Strelok Ending)
With the elevator operational, turn around and exit the room via the doors against the back wall.
Take a right and travel down the pathway to a staircase. Go down and get to the Lab X7 service elevator.
advertisement
Ride the elevator to the bottom. Leave it and progress down the hallway until you reach Lab X7. Doing this starts the final cutscene for the Strelok ending.
